The proposals of my kitchen are based on many tastes, an alternation of textures, aromas and flavors: sweet, salty, sour, bitter, spicy, soft, crispy, hot and cold. It is a true sensory path, where every dish ia a world unto itself, an absolute work of art.
About me
I have a degree in Agriculture and Animal Production and have always worked in the organic food world. I’m a Master taster of chees and salami and I am an expert in dairy products. I have been very passionate about typical and authentic Sicilian food for at least 30 years. I developed my love for cooking thanks to my grandmother and my three aunts who were experts in our traditional Sicilian dishes.

Welcome to the town of Palazzolo Acreide
In the heart of Sicily, Palazzolo Acreide, Unesco World Heritage Site, is the perfect place to relax, combining amusing cultural and culinary experiences.
The town belongs to the “Iblean Mountain Valley”, in fact it is 700 meters above sea level. Palazzolo Acreide is located in the Province of Siracusa, it is an important historic and cultural site, above all for the late Baroque, present in so many buildings and churches.
It is just few kilometers away from Noto, the Capital of Baroque Style, Modica, Catania, Taormina and from the Volcano Etna.
But this town is also famous for its rich gastronomy, testimony of the delicious flavors of genuine Iblean Cuisine.
